Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use Pro Microphone. Our goal is to be transparent: the App is built for live microphone monitoring and does not require an account.

1. Who we are

2. Information the App processes

Audio from your microphone. When you start monitoring and grant microphone permission, iOS allows the App to access the microphone in real time so your voice can be processed and played back through your chosen output (e.g. speaker, Bluetooth, headphones). We do not operate a cloud service as part of the core App experience described in this document.

Device audio routing. The App uses Apple’s AVAudioSession APIs to detect outputs such as Bluetooth or built-in speaker so it can route audio appropriately and show you useful status in the interface.

3. On-device processing

Live audio is processed on your device for monitoring, leveling, and optional effects (for example equalization or echo). Unless we explicitly describe a separate online feature in the App or in an updated policy, we do not upload your voice recordings to our servers for storage as part of using the App.

4. Permissions

• Microphone — required only to capture audio when you choose to start monitoring.
• Bluetooth (if requested by the system) — used so the App can work with Bluetooth audio devices in line with iOS capabilities and your device settings.

5. Data we do not collect (typical use)

In the standard use of the App as a live monitor, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not require you to provide a name, email, or phone number inside the App to use core features. If you choose to contact us by email, you voluntarily share whatever you include in your message.

6. Analytics and third parties

We aim to keep the App simple. If we integrate analytics, crash reporting, or third-party SDKs in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to name the providers and describe what is collected. Unless such an update says otherwise, assume the App does not include third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information via email, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Security

No method of electronic processing is 100% secure. Because live audio is handled primarily on your device, the main risk vectors are physical access to your device and your own device security settings (passcode, OS updates).

9. International users

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding access, correction, or deletion of personal data. If you contact us at the email below and applicable law applies, we will respond as required.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top (or within the App). Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy unless applicable law requires different consent steps.
