Pro Microphone (“the App”) — Last updated: April 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pro Microphone. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Pro Microphone provides live microphone monitoring and optional on-device audio processing (such as gain, volume boost, equalization, and effects) so you can hear your voice through a selected output on your device (for example built-in speaker, wired headphones, Bluetooth, or AirPlay where supported by iOS).

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law and third-party rights. You agree not to use the App:

• To harass, threaten, or record others without permission where recording is restricted by law;
• To interfere with or disrupt the App or any networks or devices;
• In any way that violates Apple’s App Store guidelines or your agreements with Apple.

3. Audio feedback and safety

Live monitoring can cause acoustic feedback (loud squealing) when a microphone picks up output from a nearby speaker. You are responsible for keeping volume at safe levels, maintaining distance between mic and speakers, and following hearing-safety practices. Use feedback-suppression options and lower gain when recommended. We are not liable for hearing discomfort or equipment damage resulting from unsafe listening levels.

4. No professional advice

The App is a consumer audio tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional broadcasting advice.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding (except third-party components owned by their licensors), is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms and the App Store rules.

6. Third-party services and hardware

The App relies on Apple iOS, system audio frameworks, and your connected devices. We do not control Bluetooth hardware, operating system updates, or third-party speakers. Compatibility and latency may vary by device.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR LICENSORS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may cease offering the App or restrict features as permitted by law or platform policies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires a different jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Some regions may grant you non-waivable consumer rights; you retain those rights.
