Welcome to Speaker Cleaner. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speaker Cleaner mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by the App developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are designed to comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and the requirements of Apple's Developer Program License Agreement.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Speaker Cleaner, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2 Description of Service

Speaker Cleaner is an iOS utility application that provides the following features:

• Water Removal – Uses acoustic frequencies to vibrate speaker hardware and help dislodge water or dust.
• Turbo Cleaning – Accelerated frequency sweep for quicker cleaning cycles.
• Bass Pulse – Low-frequency driver excursion to push debris from speaker mesh.
• Diagnostic Check – Frequency-sweep based microphone analysis to assess speaker health.
• Voice Quality Test – Record and play back audio to evaluate speaker and earpiece clarity.
• Tone Generator – Adjustable frequency generator for general audio testing.
• dB Meter – Real-time ambient sound level measurement.
• Stereo Test – Left and right channel playback verification.

3 Subscription Terms

Speaker Cleaner is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If a free trial is offered:

• Only one free trial is permitted per Apple ID.
• At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.

5 License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on Apple devices you own or control.
• Use the App for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer your rights to use the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Apple's usage policies.

6 Microphone and Device Access

Certain features of the App require access to your device's microphone and speaker hardware. By using these features, you consent to the App accessing these components. Specifically:

• The Diagnostic Check and Voice Quality Test features require microphone access to function.
• The dB Meter feature requires microphone access to measure ambient sound levels.
• Audio recorded for the Voice Quality Test is stored temporarily in device memory and is deleted when the session ends. It is never transmitted outside your device.

You can revoke microphone access at any time through iOS Settings. Doing so will disable microphone-dependent features.

7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available within the App and on the App Store listing, describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not collect identifiable personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for App functionality.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• The cleaning or diagnostic features will produce specific results on any given device.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damage to your device hardware from use of the App's acoustic features.
• Loss of data or recordings.
• Inaccurate diagnostic results.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in subscription fees in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10 Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, consumer protection, intellectual property, or legal compliance claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Subscription settings.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
